Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how subscription payments and refund requests are handled for LinkClerk. By using our service, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed. Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard refund rules apply.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non‑refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time or unused features.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non‑refundable once the billing period begins. If you cancel an annual plan, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be billed again.

4. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice in error, please contact us within 30 days of the duplicate payment. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

5. Billing Errors

If you experience a billing issue or believe a charge is incorrect, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Examples include technical issues preventing access to the service, accidental upgrades, or other situations where a refund is deemed fair and reasonable. These decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at support@linkclerk.com. Please include the email associated with your account, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
