Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Deliberate Pty Ltd trading as LinkClerk. All requests are reviewed case‑by‑case and may be refused. We may decline a refund if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer regarding products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
You are responsible for providing correct payment details, including your unique bank transfer reference number, VAT or sales tax code, and order information. Missing or incorrect details may prevent us from reconciling or refunding your payment.
Orders paid via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act and are generally not eligible for refunds. However, if the total transaction amount (including sales tax) exceeds $ / £ / €100, you may be eligible for a refund, including sales tax, at our discretion.
If you were charged sales tax and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund where permitted by local laws. Sales taxes include VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, and similar taxes.
For wire transfer payments, please refer to the section above regarding eligibility.
You must contact LinkClerk within 60 days of purchase to request a sales tax refund. Refunds are only processed once a valid sales tax code is provided. Requests received after 60 days cannot be processed.
Some services allow you to purchase access on a subscription basis (“Paid Subscriptions”). These renew automatically until cancelled.
If the price of a subscription changes, we will notify you and, where required, request your consent. Renewal charges occur between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on the renewal date.
To cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Include your order number and the email used at purchase. Your subscription will remain active until the next payment date. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.
Some subscriptions may include a free trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends. If your payment method cannot be charged and you have not cancelled, you remain responsible for any outstanding amounts. We may cancel your subscription if renewal charges repeatedly fail.
Deliberate Pty Ltd trading as LinkClerk may modify these terms at any time or introduce additional conditions for using our services. Any changes will be communicated to you and, once accepted, will apply immediately to future purchases.
If you choose not to accept updated terms, we may terminate the agreement.
