These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using LinkClerk. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the terms described below.
These terms were last updated 5 February 2026.
By using LinkClerk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed. Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard refund rules apply.
Monthly subscription payments are non‑refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time or unused features.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non‑refundable once the billing period begins. If you cancel an annual plan, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be billed again.
LinkClerk provides tools for analysing, scoring, and organising backlink data. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
We handle your data responsibly and securely. For full details on how your information is collected, stored, and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to LinkClerk, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error‑free.
LinkClerk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
If you believe you were charged twice in error, please contact us within 30 days of the duplicate payment. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
If you experience a billing issue or believe a charge is incorrect, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
In rare cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Examples include technical issues preventing access to the service, accidental upgrades, or other situations where a refund is deemed fair and reasonable. These decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at support@linkclerk.com. Please include the email associated with your account, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
